Please review the following:
Music
Sound files should now be uploaded through the WINDI portal at the same place you sign up for shows. View a PDF of instructions of how to upload sound files to WINDI here. However, you should also have backup music files with you at shows.
Backup options are:
- CD – Preferred, tried, and true physical CD
- Digital playing from a device provided by the unit using Bluetooth or .35mm jack
Announcer’s Form
- Follow this link to download and fill out the Announcer Form. It is available as a fillable PDF file.
- Bring the printed form with you, or
- Name the files using this 3-part format Separate each section with a dash (-) and upload it
- (1.)Group Name (2)ShowName (3)VersionNumber
- Example: BigCityHighSchool-BestShowEver-1.pdf
- Version Number allows for uploads of an updated form throughout the season
Upload Announcer’s Form
- ALL UPLOADS NEED TO BE UPLOADED BY THURSDAY AT 2 PM PRIOR TO A SHOW

Sound Check
- Sound Checks will be done up until 10 min before start of show and during intermissions only
- TIA Region 8 is not responsible for corrupt or unplayable files
- Please always have a physical backup (CD or on a device) with the unit on performance days
